Personal Reminders

What to do to reduce stress:
1. Stop obsessing about EVERYTHING!!!
2. Stop procrastinating, leaving work to pile up with not enough time to do it.
3. Concentrate on positive things.
4. Reduce computer use -- think of poor eyes!
5. Stop eating when stressed and not hungry.
6. Relax
7. Follow the above!
